A recent dinner meeting among the INDIA bloc floor leaders took place, hinting at the forthcoming discussions on seat allocation and a common agenda.

The upcoming meeting of the Indian National Developmental Inclusive Alliance (INDIA) bloc is scheduled for December 19, focusing on discussions regarding seat sharing and a common minimum program. Congress General Secretary Jairam Ramesh confirmed the fourth meeting's date to be held in New Delhi at 3 p.m.

Addressing DMK MP S Senthilkumar's contentious remarks, a Congress source highlighted their protest in response, nearly issuing a statement in reaction. They emphasized the importance of coalition harmony, expressing disagreement with caste inequality and stressing the need to combat it. 

Despite Senthilkumar's statement, the Congress conveyed its discontent to DMK, leading to prompt clarifications within hours to resolve the situation.
