During his nearly 100-minute response to the Motion of Thanks on the President's address in Lok Sabha, Modi outlined his government's vision for the next term, promising significant decisions that would lay a robust foundation for India's future over the next 1,000 years. He criticized the opposition, stating that they failed to provide constructive suggestions and predicted a diminished presence for many opposition members in the upcoming session.

Modi accused the Congress of adopting a "cancel culture" and emphasized the importance of a healthy opposition, which he believed the Congress had failed to provide. He took a swipe at the Gandhi family, stating that the Congress could not look beyond its "shahi parivaar" (royal family).

Highlighting his government's achievements in the first and second terms, Modi projected the third term as a period for making substantial decisions and speeding up the development of a prosperous India. He cited various decisions benefiting different sections of society, including the construction of the Ram temple.

Addressing speculation about the upcoming elections, Modi confidently projected over 400 seats for the NDA and at least 300 seats for the BJP. He dismissed accusations of dynastic politics within the BJP, stating that as long as family members enter politics on their merit and with public support, it is not considered dynastic.

He criticized the pace of the previous Congress government and highlighted the significant progress made under his leadership, including the construction of four crore houses in the past 10 years.
