Union Minister Shekhawat records statement in defamation case against Raj CM

Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Harpreet Singh Jaspal of the Rouse Avenue Courts, post recording Shekhawat's witness in the matter, scheduled the next recording of complainant's witnesses on March 7. Shekhawat filed a defamation case against Gehlot on March 4, claiming that Gehlot made defamatory statements against him in connection with the Sanjivani Credit Society scam.
In London, Rahul Gandhi calls RSS 'fascist'

Manik Saha to be Tripura CM again

Assam's Transport Minister Parimal Suklabaidya, who was BJP's central observer in the legislature party meeting, announced Saha's name as the legislature party leader. Saha's name was proposed by Union Minister of State Pratima Bhowmik. A BJP leader told IANS that Saha accompanied by other party leaders would meet Governor Satyadeo Narain Arya in the Raj Bhavan late Monday evening to stake his claim to form the government.
Will oppose RSS till my last breath, asserts Siddaramaiah

CBI came to my home for questioning in the IRCTC matter: Rabri Devi

The CBI has summoned RJD chief and former Union Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav, his wife Rabri Devi and 14 others under land for job scam in Patna and Rabri Devi had given the CBI time for questioning on Monday. A 12-member team in three SUVs reached Rabri Devi's residence at 10 a.m. on Monday and stayed for 4 hours, coming out at 2 p.m.
