Sachin Pilot files nomination from Tonk with a show of strength; says, ‘I was told, forgive and move ahead’

Before filing the nomination papers Pilot told the media, “I have been asked to forgive everyone and move ahead, I am moving ahead on this line. We have no differences of opinions, no differences, and no factions.” In a major show of strength Pilot arrived with thousands of workers to file his nominations for the elections.

Andhra Pradesh HC grants interim bail to Chandrababu Naidu

Pronouncing the orders, Justice T. Mallikarjuna Rao granted interim bail till November 28 for his treatment including cataract surgery. The interim bail is subject to certain conditions. Naidu has been directed to submit a surety of Rs 1 lakh. The court asked him not to influence anyone related to the case and surrender on November 29.

The ED on Monday issued summons for Kejriwal to appear for questioning on November 2 in connection with the alleged Delhi excise policy scam case. According to sources, Kejriwal has been formally called to appear before the ED on November 2. Kejriwal was subjected to questioning by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) in April.

According to sources, Kejriwal has been asked to appear before the ED on November 2. Kejriwal was questioned by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) in April this year. The summon comes on the day when the Supreme Court dismissed former Delhi Deputy CM Manish Sisodia's bail plea.
