Only CBI can answer, says Nitish on Lalu raids
Nitish Kumar said that such a matter pertains to law and investigative agencies, so they are in a better position to comment. "Those who have conducted the raids, they are answerable," Nitish Kumar said, putting the ball in the court of the CBI. Nitish Kumar's statement came just after he met his party workers in Patna on Sunday.

With 2024 not far, BJP gets stronger, weakens its opponents at the same time
The saffron party is busy in expanding its base by using every occasion and platform to inform people about the achievements of the Modi government. As Gyanvapi row boils over, SP, BSP, Cong maintain diplomatic silence
The opposition parties, particularly those in Uttar Pradesh, are unable to take a stand on the issue. If they back the Hindu petitioners, they will lose out on Muslim support, and if they side with the Muslims, they will be dubbed as 'anti-Hindu'. Why BJP needs Kashi and Mathura to stay in power
The BJP retained power in Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand in the recent Assembly elections, but the party is apparently not satisfied. The upcoming elections in Gujarat and Himanchal Pradesh at the end of this year, as well as the Assembly elections in Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Mizoram and Rajasthan in 2023, and, of course, the Lok Sabha polls in 2024, have forced the party to make every possible effort to cement its position among the voters.
