Mayawati Affirms BSP's Decision to Contest LS Polls Independently

Despite consistent statements from the BSP regarding its intention to not enter into any alliances for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections, Mayauttarwati pointed out the ongoing spread of alliance rumors. She emphasized that the persistence of these rumors indicates the reliance of certain parties on the BSP for their electoral prospects.

In consideration of the welfare of society, especially the marginalized and disadvantaged, Mayawati emphasized that the BSP's decision is to contest the Lok Sabha elections independently, leveraging the strength of its supporters.

It's noteworthy that in the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, the BSP had formed an alliance with the Samajwadi Party, but Mayawati's recent statement signals a departure from such alliances in the upcoming polls.
