Lalu Prasad Announces INDIA Bloc Meeting Scheduled for December 17

When asked about the opposition leaders' refusal to attend the meeting called by the Congress in New Delhi after the significant defeats in three states, Lalu Prasad Yadav remarked that the meeting of opposition parties is rescheduled for December 17.

Following the cancellation of the INDIA bloc meeting called by Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge, RJD President Lalu Prasad Yadav announced on Tuesday that the meeting would now take place on December 17. Lalu Prasad Yadav made the statement while attending a marriage function in Buxar.

When asked about the opposition leaders' refusal to attend the meeting called by the Congress in New Delhi after the significant defeats in three states, Lalu Prasad Yadav remarked that the meeting of opposition parties is rescheduled for December 17.

Despite the Congress losing in Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, and Chhattisgarh, Lalu Prasad Yadav emphasized that the Congress is not weak, attributing the election outcome to the actions of specific leaders within the party.

Earlier, leaders like Mamata Banerjee, Nitish Kumar, and Akhilesh Yadav had declined to attend the INDIA bloc meeting called by the Congress after the electoral setbacks.
