Amidst speculation surrounding potential candidates for the chief ministerial posts in Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, and Rajasthan within the BJP, Union Home Minister Amit Shah addressed the matter on Tuesday, asserting that "Nothing has been decided yet."
Responding to queries about a timeline for the decision, Shah remarked, "It will be decided, why delay," indicating that the decision-making process is underway.
When questioned about the recent change of government in Chhattisgarh and Rajasthan, where the Congress was previously in power, Shah humorously commented that changes in government are a regular occurrence.
Amit Shah made these statements at the Parliament while attending the proceedings of the winter session. Since the announcement of the assembly election results, speculation has been rife regarding the potential chief ministers for Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, and Rajasthan.
In a resounding victory, the BJP achieved a hat-trick by winning the assembly polls in Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, and Rajasthan, as announced on Sunday.
