Cong ka haath, desh ke dushmano ke saath, UP CM Yogi Alleges Congress

While speaking to the press, CM Adityanath suggested that the Congress party's interests align with those against the nation, saying, "Congress ka haath, desh ke dushmano ke saath (The hand of Congress is with the enemies of the nation)."

In response to comments from a former Pakistani minister lauding MP Rahul Gandhi, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath launched a scathing attack on the Congress party this Friday.

While speaking to the press, CM Adityanath suggested that the Congress party's interests align with those against the nation, saying, "Congress ka haath, desh ke dushmano ke saath (The hand of Congress is with the enemies of the nation)."

This statement followed social media posts by Fawad Hussain, an ex-minister in Pakistan’s government under Imran Khan, which included a video where he commended Rahul Gandhi.

CM Adityanath drew a stark contrast between the electoral victories of the BJP and Congress, asserting, “When Modi and the BJP win, there's a celebration like Diwali in India, but when Congress wins, the celebrations shift to Pakistan. The citizens must recognize this disparity and shun those against the nation.”

He emphasized that the current elections were critical, pointing out the efforts by adversarial forces to destabilize the country.

He accused the Congress of aligning with anti-national elements, implying that a victory for the Congress is akin to a victory for Pakistan, thereby urging the public to be wary of their true motives.

Adityanath further took potshots at the historical actions of the Congress post-independence by arguing that they were fragmenting the nation in the name of self-interest and following policies of appeasement that, according to him, nurtured separatism, extremism, and rampant corruption that further fed the Naxal tendency.

He praised the work of Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the past decade in substantially cutting terrorism, Naxalism, and extremism, for which he believes that these successes are the key to the nation's security and development.
