"Those who are dreaming of the Chief Minister's retirement from politics, I want to tell them that the NDA will contest under the leadership of Nitish Kumar in the 2025 Assembly elections of Bihar, ," he said.
Chirag Paswan made the statement a day after Leader of Opposition Tejashwi Yadav alleged that top officials were preventing Nitish Kumar from speaking publicly or addressing the media.

Yadav made these claims after a program organized by the Rural Development Department at the Chief Minister's residence in Patna.
