With BJP winning a thumping majority in the Haryana civic body polls on Wednesday, Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini attributed the victory to the people's approval of the government policies and development works.
He claimed the "triple engine government"—with the party being in power at the Centre, state, and local government levels—would go faster to develop the state, substantiating the vision of a "Viksit Haryana, Viksit Bharat" (Developed Haryana, Developed India).

While speaking to journalists during the current State Assembly session, Saini insisted that the election results show that the people have faith in the BJP government. He insisted again that with the leadership of the party spanning three levels of governance, development will proceed at an unprecedented rate.

He further mentioned that the triumph in the mayoral poll at Faridabad was the maximum margin secured so far in the nation and that more than 90% BJP-supported councillors have won in the elections.
Prior to speaking to media persons and in the Assembly, CM Saini thanked the people of Haryana for supporting his party. He also thanked the State Election Commission for holding unbiased and peaceful elections.
"The results clearly indicate that people of Haryana have opted for development and good governance," Saini said.

He was confident that the newly elected members would take their responsibilities seriously and propel speedy development to the expectations of the people.
Triple Engine Government to Accelerate Development
Saini praised all the workers and leaders of BJP, giving credit for the success of the party to their hard work and the people's unshakeable faith.

BJP's Commitment to Election Promises
Reacting to questions from journalists, Saini said that festivities were in progress, with BJP senior leader Gian Chand Gupta and party workers from Panchkula coming with sweets. He emphasized that the BJP seriously considers every election, whether local body, state assembly, or parliamentary elections.
He also asserted that the citizens of Haryana had rejected the Congress once again. "Congress has already given up," he said, indicating that the opposition did not find favor with voters.
Saini assured people that the BJP government is committed to balanced development in all regions, without prejudice. "We will keep every election promise," he said.
