Bhagat Singh's Grandson Criticizes AAP for Portraying Kejriwal Behind Bars

Expressing his dismay, Sandhu referred to a video featuring Sunita Kejriwal, wife of the Delhi CM, where an image of Arvind Kejriwal was displayed alongside Bhagat Singh and Dr. B.R. Ambedkar. Sandhu vehemently opposed this comparison, stating, "I felt awful after watching this. An attempt was made to compare him with the legends, I would ask the Aam Aadmi Party to refrain from such activities."

Yadvinder Sandhu, the grandson of the iconic freedom fighter Bhagat Singh, has strongly criticized the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) amidst the controversy surrounding Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's incarcerated portrayal.

Sandhu emphasized the stark contrast between Bhagat Singh's selfless sacrifice for the nation and the legal entanglements faced by AAP's Arvind Kejriwal over alleged corruption charges.

The AAP had earlier placed a manipulated image of Kejriwal, currently detained in Tihar jail, amidst photographs of Bhagat Singh and B. R. Ambedkar at the CM’s official residence. This decision sparked a political uproar, with the Bharatiya Janata Party accusing AAP of disrespecting national heroes.
