Amer Palace and Hawa Mahal Adorned for Modi-Macron Roadshow in Jaipur

Scheduled to arrive at 2 p.m. on Thursday, Modi and Macron are set to conduct a roadshow from Sanganeri Gate to Hawa Mahal. The main road leading from the airport to Amer Palace has been adorned with special lights, creating a spectacular visual ambiance.

The historical landmarks of Jaipur, such as Amer Palace and Hawa Mahal, are undergoing a vibrant transformation in anticipation of the visit by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and French President Emmanuel Macron to Rajasthan on Thursday.

Scheduled to arrive at 2 p.m. on Thursday, Modi and Macron are set to conduct a roadshow from Sanganeri Gate to Hawa Mahal. The main road leading from the airport to Amer Palace has been adorned with special lights, creating a spectacular visual ambiance. Simultaneously, a meticulous effort is underway to clean and paint shops along the main market route from Sanganeri Gate to Subhash Chowk. The walls in front of Hawa Mahal are receiving special colors and artistic paintings. Elephants, adorned with decorations, will be stationed and prepared at both Amer Palace and City Palace.

As a result of the high-profile visit, the Amer Mahal and City Palace will be temporarily closed to tourists. Moreover, traffic disruptions are expected in more than half of Jaipur on Thursday, with route diversions implemented due to VVIP movement from the airport to Amer Palace.

Rajasthan CM Bhajan Lal Sharma shared a video showcasing the extensive preparations for the visit of Modi and Macron. Using the tagline 'Padharo Mhare Des,' Sharma expressed his commitment to ensuring a grand welcome for the distinguished Prime Minister and the French President upon their arrival in Veer Dhara Rajasthan.
