He says that large sums of money between Rs 1 crore and Rs 2 crore would be extorted from each student and fake academic certificates would be generated from other institutions like Jharkhand and so on. The internal assessment scores would also be manipulated with financial inducements to suit themselves, he adds.

The complaint reveals the irregularities in the admission of students under the management quota, an alleged decade-long malpractice behind such irregularities. Malpractices would include manipulation of the selection process and improper admission.

It is alleged that failed students were admitted by an officer of the lower tier like Amanulla Khan, who was appointed as the Public Relations Officer, with financial inducements.

The complaint indicates that fraud has been perpetrated for over a decade—about 15 years. Ramesh further states that Amanulla Khan is constructing a medical college in Krishnagiri district, Tamil Nadu, worth an estimated Rs 500 crore.

Ramesh laments the appointment of Radhakrishna Doddamani, a person who was able to complete his MBBS after nine years and 18 attempts, as a professor under Mallikarjun Kharge. He questions the validity of Doddamani's MD degree also.
