AAP MP Swati Maliwal, who was purportedly physically assaulted by Bibhav Kumar, the personal aide of Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal, shows injury marks on the dorsal side of her left leg and on the right cheek, according to her medical examination.
This development has come following Maliwal's FIR against Kumar, in which she has claimed to have been assaulted at the CM's residence on Monday.
Detailing the incident in the FIR, Maliwal asserted that Kumar relentlessly struck her with force, inflicting repeated blows. She recounted enduring "full force again and again" and she was "kicked and slapped seven to eight times".
Maliwal underwent medical examination on Friday, with her medico-legal certificate (MLC) from AIIMS confirming the presence of "bruises over proximal left leg dorsal aspect of approx size 3x2 cm and right cheek elbow below right eye of approx size 2x2 cm".
