Tamannaah Bhatia: Fashion is a Powerful Expression of My Emotions

Talking to IANS about her fashion philosophy as an individual, Tamannaah, who recently took to the catwalk as a muse to the brand Bloni during the Blenders Pride Fashion Tour, had this to say: "Fashion has become nearly a means of projecting what I am extremely strongly feeling—in terms of how I want to project myself, my thoughts regarding myself, my thoughts regarding society, and my thoughts regarding how I would like to be."

Tamannaah Bhatia considers fashion to be a strong means of self-expression, where she can express her feelings and viewpoints.

Talking to IANS about her fashion philosophy as an individual, Tamannaah, who recently took to the catwalk as a muse to the brand Bloni during the Blenders Pride Fashion Tour, had this to say: "Fashion has become nearly a means of projecting what I am extremely strongly feeling—in terms of how I want to project myself, my thoughts regarding myself, my thoughts regarding society, and my thoughts regarding how I would like to be."

She underscored that fashion has always been a powerful tool for her. "Fashion has been a medium for me to express that, and it's actually been very empowering for me to constantly have that medium to channel my thoughts, aside from me being a performer and actor for the last 20 years," she continued.

On the professional front, Tamannaah is prepping for her next movie, Odela 2, which is a supernatural thriller film directed by Ashok Teja.

Speaking about the venture, she disclosed, "It is a fantasy film and a fantastical theatrical experience. While it has a supernatural setting and a hint of spirituality to it as well. All these aspects were so very fantastical."

She also said she loves bigger-than-life cinema, and, "I love that sort of cinema because as a child, I used to love films which transported you to another world. I came to know that this film went to Kashi for the first time."

Odela 2 also features Hebah Patel and Vasishta N. Simha in lead roles, with Yuva, Naga Mahesh, Vamsi, Gagan Vihari, Surender Reddy, Bhupal, and Pooja Reddy.
