Fitness enthusiast and actress, Mallika Sherawat, reiterated that exercise to her was much more than a regime -- the idea truly celebrates what a body can do. Recently, the actress took to social media to share a gym video comprising workouts with bands targeting glutes, weighted lunges, and exercises with balls for building core strength.

She further warned against shortcuts and superficial surgeries with these words: "Genuine fitness can't be bought. It must be earned— Earned through hard work and commitment.".

Sharing a post on Instagram, Mallika wrote, "Always judged for crossing traditional boundaries." "Women are constantly trolled for behavior that challenges the status quo of patriarchy that wants to normalise and control the female form and body language," the actress said.

Mallika went on to add that women must support each other. "The most beautiful woman is one who makes others beautiful. Instead of judging, we should celebrate the courage to shatter regressive boundaries.".
