Ektaa Kapoor, riding high on the success of her women-centric film 'Crew' this year, came out to raise concerns over the kind of "treated" foods that are available in the markets these days.
Recently, Ektaa Kapoor took to her Instagram Stories and posted two videos through which she raised her concern pertaining to the quality of fruits and vegetables that are available in the market. Sitting comfortably, she showed large blueberries and said that they looked like grapes.
These blueberries look like grapes. I'm sure they've been treated. What are we eating these days?" she said in the first video.
In the second video, showing another blueberry, she said, "And this one looks like a brinjal."
Ektaa Kapoor is a household name in the telly industry. Her late actor-father, Jeetendra, is also a veteran in the profession. At 17, she had begun by interning for advertisement and feature filmmaker Kailash Surendranath.
