The video of the song, posted by the AGDPI on its Twitter handle, features montages of Ladakh and the Galwan area. It displays the valour of the soldiers who overcome extremely hostile conditions, including heavy snow, deserted areas and life-threatening mountain ranges.

In February 2021, China officially acknowledged that five Chinese military officers and soldiers were killed in the clashes after initially claiming that they had suffered no casualty.

Earlier this year, a set of military and diplomatic talks were held by envoys of India and China, following which, both the countries completed the withdrawal of troops from the Pangong Tso area. Further disengagement talks are now underway but no breakthrough has been made so far.
