5 soldiers killed as army vehicle catches fire in suspected terror attack

"Today, at around 3 p.m., an army vehicle was fired on by unidentified terrorists, taking advantage of heavy rains and low visibility in the area," the army said. The army said the vehicle caught fire due to likely use of grenades by terrorists. "Five personnel of the Rashtriya Rifles Unit deployed for Counter Terrorist operations in this area, have unfortunately lost their lives in the incident," the army said.
ISRO expected to touch 424 foreign satellite launches on Saturday

On April 22 afternoon, the core alone variant of the PSLV rocket (code named as PSLV-C55) will be carrying two Singaporean earth observation satellites - TeLEOS-2 weighing 741 kg, and the 16 kg Lumilite-4. On Wednesday, 10,542 new cases were recorded.The active caseload currently is 65,286, said the Union Health Ministry on Thursday.The recovery rate is at 98.67 per cent. A total of 10,827 recoveries in the last 24 hours increased the total recoveries to 4,42,61,476.The daily positivity rate is 5.46 per cent) and the weekly positivity rate stands at 5.32 per cent.Under the nationwide vaccination drive, 220.66 crore total vaccine doses (95.21 crore second dose and 22.87 crore precaution dose) have been administered so far.
Efforts to arrest Atiq's wife, Ashraf's brother-in-law intensify

CBI books Oxfam India for FCRA violation
