Polling begins for final phase of UP panchayat elections
Over 5.27 lakh candidates are in the fray for more than 2.10 lakh seats across 17 districts in this round of the election. The 17 districts going to polls include Ambedkar Nagar, Aligarh, Kushinagar, Kaushambhi, Ghazipur, Farrukhabad, Bulandshahr, Basti, Bahraich, Banda, Mau, Mathura, Shahjahanpur, Sambhal, Sitapur, Sonbhadra and Hapur.
SpiceJet airlifts 1,000 oxygen concentrators from Hong Kong to Delhi
According to the company, these oxygen concentrators, a medical device that concentrates oxygen from ambient air, have been ordered by SpiceHealth for emergency use and distribution across India. This is the second big consignment of oxygen concentrators ordered and delivered to SpiceHealth.

PM nod to procuring 1 lakh portable oxygen concentrators from PM Cares Fund
The decision was taken at a high-level meeting, chaired by the Prime Minister, to discuss the measures needed to improve liquid medical oxygen (LMO) supply for Covid management. He instructed that these oxygen concentrators should be procured at the earliest and provided in states with a high case burden.
