NIA Apprehends Ballari Resident Linked to Rameshwaram Cafe Blast Investigation

According to the investigative teams, they suspect the detainee's involvement in the incident, considering his purported affiliation with the outlawed Popular Front of India (PFI).

Sources revealed on Friday that in connection to the March 1 explosion at the Rameshwaram Cafe in Ballari, a cloth merchant hailing from Kaul Bazaar has been apprehended by the National Investigation Agency (NIA) and the Central Crime Branch (CCB) as part of their collaborative probe.

According to the investigative teams, they suspect the detainee's involvement in the incident, considering his purported affiliation with the outlawed Popular Front of India (PFI).

Simultaneously, investigators uncovered the trajectory of the individual responsible for planting the explosive device on March 1. Allegedly, the suspect journeyed from Bengaluru to Tumakuru, then to Ballari, Bidar, and eventually to Bhatkal, as per insider sources.
