Neighbor Alleges Suspect in Parliament Security Breach Is a Habitual Alcoholic

A neighbor of Vicky Sharma, one of the suspects detained in connection with the Parliament security breach, disclosed that Sharma was a habitual alcoholic. Delhi Police apprehended Vicky Sharma and his wife, Rakhi, from Gurugram's Housing Board Colony. According to Vijay Parmar, a resident of the same society, the couple had lived there for 15 years, and Sharma, originally from Hisar, was known for his alcoholism and frequent arguments with his wife. The couple left for the national capital on the day of the incident. Gurugram Police remained tight-lipped, while Delhi Police took custody of the suspects for questioning.
