India's policy on dealing with terrorism has changed since 2014: Insights from Jaishankar

During an engaging session titled ‘Why Bharat Matters: Opportunity for youth and participation in global scenario’, External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar highlighted a significant shift in India's foreign policy since 2014, particularly in its approach to combating terrorism.

Highlighting the need for proactive measures against terrorism, Jaishankar emphasized that terrorists should not perceive themselves as beyond repercussions due to their geographical location. He stressed the necessity for a flexible and robust response to terrorism, emphasizing that terrorists operate outside the bounds of conventional norms and, therefore, necessitate a response that is equally dynamic.
