Singh acknowledged the initial challenges posed by restrictions on arms imports but emphasized how these hurdles have gradually transformed into opportunities, propelling India onto the global defense industrial map.

A noteworthy aspect of this transformation is India's increasing reliance on indigenously manufactured weapons and platforms. Singh celebrated the shift towards domestically produced military assets, marking a significant stride towards self-sufficiency and resilience in defense capabilities.
