National capital Delhi observed a minimum temperature of 13 degrees Celsius on Tuesday morning, according to the India Meteorological Department (IMD).
Delhi's maximum temperature of the day will settle at 28 degrees Celsius as per IMD predictions. The relative humidity recorded at 8.30 a.m. was 85 per cent, said IMD.
On Monday the minimum temperature was 14 degrees Celsius and the maximum was 29 degrees.
The minimum and maximum temperatures in the city are expected to dip further this week to an estimated 10 degrees Celsius and 28 degrees Celsius, respectively, said the IMD.

Delhi's overall Air Quality Index (AQI) still remains very poor. It was 381 at 9 a.m., as per the System of Air Quality and Weather Forecasting And Research (SAFAR).
The level of PM 2.5 and PM 10 pollutants in the air has been recorded at 66 and 122, respectively.
The IMD said that the air quality in Delhi-NCR is likely to fluctuate between 'severe' and the higher end of the 'very poor' category in the coming days with winds expected to be northwesterly for the next five days which may possibly lead to the high contribution of stubble burning.

The Air Quality Early Warning System for Delhi has forecast that due to change in the wind speed from the northwest directions of the national capital, the city will have a partly cloudy sky and mist on Tuesday; partly cloudy sky and shallow fog on Wednesday; and mainly clear sky on Thursday.
