Nandita Sinha is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of India's major fashion e-commerce company, Myntra. Nandita succeeded Amar Nagaram as the CEO of the company.
Nandita, who previously worked at Flipkart took the charge as CEO on January 1, 2022.
Nandita Sinha holds an experience of over 16 years across e-commerce and FMCG. She began her career at Hindustan Unilever Limited and later worked for Britannia Industries.
She joined Hindustan Unilever in 2004 as a summer trainee and left the company as an area sales and customer manager in 2009.
In 2009 she joined Britannia Industries and worked there as a Product Manager, responsible for enabling innovation, communication development, and media planning.

Later she left Britannia and co-founded MyBabyCart.com, an e-commerce site, where Nandita was responsible for driving revenue and customer growth.
In 2013, Nandita Sinha Joined Flipkart, an Indian e-commerce company that acquired Myntra in 2014. Sinha worked at Flipkart for over 8 years and held multiple roles at the company. She held various portfolios ranging from FMCG, Home and Furniture to Lifestyle Accessories, books and media to customer growth and media engagement.
Before taking up charge as the CEO of Myntra, Nandita served as the Vice-President of customer growth, media and engagement. At Flipkart, she led the customer growth and retention strategy and built uniform customer value positions for Flipkart.

Nandita Sinha graduated with BTech from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) BHU. Further, she completed her MBA in marketing and strategy from the Faculty of Management Studies (FMS).
