Actresses Sreeleela will be seen making an appearance in a special song in the upcoming Allu Arjun-starrer 'Pushpa 2: The Rule'.
On Sunday, the film's makers posted the song's poster on Instagram and stated in the caption, "Team #Pushpa2TheRule welcomes The Dancing Queen @sreeleela14 on board for the #Kissik Song of the Year. This song is going to be a dance feast and a musical delight. GRAND RELEASE WORLDWIDE ON 5th DECEMBER, 2024. #Pushpa2TheRuleOnDec5th".
Choreographer Ganesh Acharya will be choreographing the song. Sreeleela, who has recently gained attention with powerful performances and screen presence in films, is believed to feature in an elaborate action-packed number in 'Pushpa 2: The Rule'.
The song is supposed to be one of the big highlights of the film and will find Sreeleela donning a glamorous avatar much like Samantha Ruth Prabhu's look in 'Oo Antava'.
The other pivot roles are played by Rashmika Mandanna and Fahadh Faasil. Pushpa has become a brand in this country that sets a new benchmark of success. Direction, of course, by Sukumar, and production by Mythri Movie Makers. The music for the film comes from T Series.
Pushpa 2: The Rule had a production delay as the makers shifted the release date from August 15 to December 6.
The release date was again shifted to December 5. The film was scheduled earlier to clash with the Vicky Kaushal-starrer 'Chhaava', which is based on the life of Maratha warrior king Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, son of Indian warrior-king Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj.
The makers of 'Chhaava' have reportedly shifted the film's release date to avoid this clash.
Pushpa 2: The Rule" will release theatrically on December 5, 2024.
