The 'Pushpa' star took to Instagram to extend his warm wishes to his ardent fans on the auspicious occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi. What caught the attention of his followers was the delightful picture he shared -- a glimpse of the beloved Ganesha idol adorning his home. 

Taking some time off to enjoy some quality father-son time, the ‘Pushpa’ star shared a picture of his son with what appears to be burgers and a coke in front of him. The post was accompanied by popstar Justin Bieber’s iconic song ‘Baby’ playing in the background.

On Monday, the makers of the film shared an official poster announcing the date which took the social media by storm. This strategic release date with an extended weekend of Independence Day and Rakshabandhan holidays will ensure the perfect opportunity to maximise the box office gains for the film.

Speaking to Variety about his Hollywood plans, Allu Arjun said: “It has opened the doors and the minds of people that there is something beyond our regular traditional markets that we need to go explore and our reach as much as possible.”

The makers had released the much-awaited first look poster of Allu Arjun as Pushpa Raj from the film on the special occasion of Icon Star's birthday.
