Bollywood heartthrob Kartik Aaryan, preparing for his role in the upcoming sports drama 'Chandu Champion', revealed his new look in the movie on Wednesday.
In the picture shared, the actor has sported a unique avatar, showing off his muscular body with visible deltoids, biceps, and leg muscles. Adorned with patches of mud, Kartik dons a traditional langot, coupled with a clean-shaven visage and damp hair.
Announcing the revelation on his Instagram handle, Kartik captioned the picture with fervor, "Champion Aa Raha Hai. Thrilled and honored to present the inaugural poster of the most demanding and cherished project of my career #ChanduChampion #14thjune."
He would play the role of Paralympic gold medalist Murlikant Petkar and was very dedicated to getting into character. He followed a very strict fitness regime, dropped 20 kilograms, and gave up sugar completely. And now, his transformation pictures were revealed on Wednesday.
'Chandu Champion', a joint production of Sajid Nadiadwala and Kabir Khan, directed by 'Bajrangi Bhaijaan' director Kabir Khan, hits theaters on June 14.
