Bigg Boss 18 winner Karan Veer Mehra recently visited actress and singer Shehnaaz Gill, who has been hospitalized. In his Instagram Stories, Karan shared with fans the state of Shehnaaz and asked everyone to pray for her. 

In a heartfelt video posted from the hospital, Karan brings the camera closer to Shehnaaz, lying in bed with a glucose drip and syringes in the vicinity. When the camera zooms in, Karan utters, "Yeh dekho bechari (Look at this poor girl). What has happened to her? Look at this."

The heartwarming exchange is seen with Shehnaaz attempting to cover her face jokingly while laughing at Karan's playful jokes. "Hasa rha hai muje (He is making me laugh)," she replies, smiling despite being unwell.
 

Karan also requested fans to pray for her speedy recovery so that she can come back and celebrate with all of them soon.

Though Shehnaaz herself hasn't revealed why she was hospitalized, reports indicate that she could have been admitted for low blood pressure and is on a glucose drip to recover.

Shehnaaz gained fame as a household name after her stint on Bigg Boss 13, where she shared immense chemistry with the late Sidharth Shukla that was loved by millions. She made her mark in films with her debut in Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan in 2013, which featured Salman Khan, Pooja Hegde, Venkatesh Daggubati, and Bhumika Chawla.

In 2023, she starred in Thank You For Coming, a film that premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF), sharing screen space with Bhumi Pednekar, Dolly Singh, Kusha Kapila, and Shibani Bedi. More recently, she appeared in the music video for Sajna Ve Sajna, from the 2024 film Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video, starring Triptii Dimri and Rajkummar Rao.

Karan Veer Mehra himself has been in the news, recently winning Bigg Boss 18 after already having won Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi 14. It seems that he's now preparing to make a Bollywood debut, another feather for his cap.
