Anupam also spoke about the industry’s silence on the film and asserted that he feels that Bollywood is in ‘shock’. “Aisa kabhi hua nahi hai. Whenever a shocking thing happens, it's a very strange reaction. They're in a shock. They never thought that a small film which is based on tragedy, which is dark, where there is blood and tears,” he added.

Also, starring Mithun Chakraborty, Pallavi Joshi and Darshan Kumaar, the film was released this year on March 11 and already has become the part of 200 crore club.
