Putting all speculation to rest, veteran actor and politician Shatrughan Sinha was finally spotted in public with newcomer Zaheer Iqbal, whom he is going to sensationally declare as his daughter's bride.
Shatrughan made a never-before appearance with Zaheer Iqbal on the evening of Thursday ahead of their impending wedding on June 23rd.
Zaheer and Shatrughan welcomed the waiting photographers with a smile, then posed for pictures. The veteran actor also offered his best wishes to his future son-in-law — tender moments of the two hugging each other were clicked.
While this was happening, on one occasion, Shatrughan responded with his signature "Khamosh" when one cameraman requested something.
Sonakshi, who has been in a relationship with Zaheer for almost seven years, was also spotted walking towards the event before her wedding. While she did not stop for a picture, the actress got out of her car and immediately walked inside the venue.
Reports in some media houses earlier stated that Shatrughan was miffed as his daughter did not tell him about her wedding plans. But Shatrughan rubbished those reports.
According to reports, Sonakshi and Zaheer are going to have a court marriage reportedly on 23rd June and then, later, the wedding festivities would be held in Mumbai at a popular eatery called Bastian, owned by Shilpa Shetty.
