According to her, passengers, including those with small children and the elderly, were locked in the aerobridge with no information about when they would be allowed to board.
Radhika Apte posted pictures and videos from the airport, capturing moments of passengers engaging with security staff in the aerobridge. She criticized the airline staff for their lack of information and noted that passengers were told they would be locked inside until at least 12 PM, without access to water or bathrooms. The post garnered reactions from fellow actors, including Konkona Sensharma and Tisca Chopra.
