At 41, former Miss World Priyanka Chopra Jonas has recently injured herself while shooting for her upcoming Hollywood film, "The Bluff." She posted a selfie on her Instagram stories showing a deep scratch on her throat with the caption, "Well. these r the professional hazards of my job. #LatestAquisition #TheBluff #Stunts."
Coming out of AGBO Studios by the Russo Brothers and Amazon MGM Studios, "The Bluff" features Priyanka as a retired 19th-century Caribbean female pirate. The film follows her character's mission to protect her family against the return of the dark secrets from her past. It is directed by Frank E. Flowers and co-written by Joe Ballarini. It's releasing on Prime Video. She also boards as a producer on AGBO's Anthony and Joe Russo, who are executive producing her Prime Video series Citadel.
The actress stars in the film alongside Karl Urban. Before the movie started shooting, she had posted a reel on social media where the cast and crew were seen on a yacht, saying how it is necessary to work with the best when starting on something new. There was camaraderie, and literally, everyone sacrifices and devotes themselves to the cause, "We spend so much time together, away from our families and homes, thinking, eating, and breathing the art we're contributing to."

Apart from "The Bluff," Priyanka will be seen in the movie "Heads of State" in which she will feature against John Cena and Idris El.
Recently, Priyanka shared some lovely shots of her daughter, Malti Marie, going through a makeup session. In the pictures, Malti is busy painting on the face of a mannequin, brushing its hair, and at last, holding the head of the mannequin in her hands. Sharing the images, Priyanka wrote, "When MM is in the HMU trailer" and "I think 'Diane' is coming home with us."

She also took to her Instagram Stories to express how thrilled she was for Angelina Jolie's Tony Award win for "The Outsiders." Congratulating Jolie and Vivian, her daughter, Priyanka posted a candid photo and wrote, "Big congratulations to this angel, deserving of everything that is in life and a lot more! Winning the Tony for Best Musical for 'The Outsiders'—and, by the way, 12 nominations and many other awards! What a beast—you inspire me every single day @angelinajolie Congratulations Vivian."
"The Outsiders" is a 2023 musical set in 1960s Oklahoma, which shares the perspective of 14-year-old Ponyboy of the rumbles between two rival gangs from different socio-economic classes. Vivian is one of six children Angelina Jolie has with ex-husband Brad Pitt. Jolie filed for divorce from Pitt on the grounds of irreconcilable differences in 2016.
