Nora Fatehi's song 'Nora': A Melodic Fusion of Moroccan, Canadian, and Indian Influences

Actress-turned-dancing sensation Nora Fatehi, who has just dropped her new single that's named after her, says it is the amalgamation of Morocco, Canada, and India that has shaped her life.

In 'Nora', the actress-dancer incorporates her Moroccan, Canadian, and Indian influences to make them co-exist in perfect harmony. The number has Moroccan beats fused with today's beats, and the lyrics are a blend of English and Darija, which is the Moroccan Arabic.
 


She continued, "The song represents how Morocco, Canada and India have built my identity and is my way to share my heritage and personal success story with the world. Hope it inspires everyone to embrace their unique identities, celebrate their diversity and find joy in their cultural backgrounds."

Born in Canada and brought up with Moroccan parents, Nora dared into India in 2014 with her debut film 'Roar: Tigers of the Sundarbans'.

She later entered the 'Bigg Boss' house in its ninth season, hosted by Bollywood superstar Salman Khan, and also 'Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa'.

Nora has also done Telugu and Malayalam movies. In fact, her performances in songs in films like 'Temper', 'Baahubali: The Beginning', and even the special appearance number 'Kick' have not gone unnoticed.

Over the years, she drew attention to her dance in songs like 'Dilbar', 'O Saki Saki', 'Jehda Nasha', and even the most recent 'Manike'. She was most recently seen in 'Crakk' and 'Madgaon Express'.
