Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan praised Team India as they were honored at a packed Wankhede Stadium upon returning from their victorious T20 World Cup campaign in the West Indies last Saturday.

Expressing his pride at seeing the team bring home the trophy, Shah Rukh encouraged the "unbeatable" squad to celebrate all night long.

Rohit Sharma and his team arrived in India on Thursday morning. After meeting Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Delhi, they headed to Mumbai for a reception at Wankhede Stadium following a celebratory parade on Marine Drive.

Shah Rukh posted on social media, “Seeing the boys so happy and emotional fills my heart with pride… As Indians this is such an amazing moment - to see our boys take us to such great heights!!! Love u all my Team India… and now dance away all night long. Boys in Blue take away all the blues! Big Congratulations to the @BCCI , @JayShah and the entire support staff that has worked tirelessly behind the scenes so that our boys could soar."
 

India ended an 11-year ICC trophy drought by clinching the T20 World Cup in Barbados with a thrilling 7-run victory over South Africa in the final. Their previous ICC title was the Champions Trophy in England in 2013 under the captaincy of M.S. Dhoni.
