Kartik Aaryan Rents Out His Rs 17.5 Crore Juhu Property for a Staggering Monthly Fee

Recently, Bollywood actor Kartik Aaryan leased his swanky home in Juhu for a handsome Rs 4.5 lakh month-on-month, giving a glimpse of how brisk the realty market in the area has been.

The 1,912 sq ft apartment is situated in Siddhi Vinayak Presidency Co-operative Housing Society. Aaryan has bought it in society with his mother Mala Tiwari on June 30, 2024. He has paid Rs 17.5 crores for the property.

The deal was signed for a stamp duty of Rs 1.05 crore and registration charges of Rs 30,000, while two car parks were also part of the sale. The rental yield of the flat is 3.1 percent, according to the real estate website.
This is not Aaryan's only property investment. In July 2023, his parents had bought an apartment on the 8th floor of the same building, which was valued at Rs 16.5 crore.

The serene beach and posh bungalows continue to make Juhu a favourite haunt of film stars and industrialists. And it gets a boost from being close to high-end amenities.

This January, wellknown lyricist Javed Akhtar too became an investor in the area, affirming that Juhu will retain its appeal for years to come.

Aaryan has slowly but surely emerged as one of the most successful young actors in Bollywood, with films such as 'Pyaar Ka Punchnama,' 'Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety,' and 'Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2' under his belt.

With his charming performances, he has garnered a huge following and positioned himself as one of the prominent actors of the new generation of Bollywood stars.

His recent performance in the biopic 'Chandu Champion' received great appreciation, while his much-awaited 'Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3' is slated for release this Diwali.
