Singer Sona Mohapatra recently aired her frustration regarding the persistent comments she receives on social media whenever she shares posts where she's not fully covered up. These comments often reference her #MeToo allegations against Anu Malik.
Taking to her preferred social media platform on Monday, the renowned singer, known for hits like 'Bedardi Raja' and 'Ambarsariya', shared a music video of 'Senti Akhiyan' in which she looked stunning in a vibrant red outfit.
In her caption, she expressed her exasperation: "Every time I put up a picture, or in this case, a #musicvideo clip where I'm not fully covered up, many comments referencing my #MeToo accusations against Anu Malik and Kailash Kher appear. Some express their disdain and imply that I somehow deserved any negative experiences because of my choice of attire."
It's worth noting that Mohapatra had come forward with allegations of sexual harassment against Anu Malik and Kailash Kher back in 2018 and 2019 during the peak of the #MeToo movement in India.
