Samantha Ruth Prabhu has gone ahead and come out to reveal her personal development and lifelong struggle to be successful despite humble beginnings. She runs her podcast 'Take 20', where she aims to introduce and discuss personal experiences to make her listeners connect and understand.

She said, "I used to feel that exhaustion and the need to sleep were signs of weakness. I was the dedicated hustler-working on little sleep and staying sharp throughout the day." Samantha, suffering from an autoimmune disease called myositis, admitted that she neglected her body for more than a decade and refused to acknowledge the fact that she was fatigued.

A child brought up without wealth, Samantha revealed that success was her ultimate dream in life. Struggling to live in constant pressure to "Make It" in life and plagued by issues of underachievement, Samantha was driven by a compulsive desire to be the best, no matter what.

Debunking the glamour enveloping the entertainment world, Samantha revealed that the strenuous nature of the industry of acting, especially the work of being a celebrity under public scrutiny, is not less strenuous. Although the world perceives the glamour and glitz, Samantha revealed the harsh reality behind it. The industry is demanding, and one's life is filled with pressure from a tender age.

In her personal journey, Samantha revealed how she has a tendency to seek validation from other people. She created this habit as a child and has seen it into her career, where success has brought forth new fears as well since she felt she was constantly looking for the next milestone.

And Samantha's journey personifies resilience and the complexities of success in the spotlight, as she preps for her upcoming role opposite Varun Dhawan in the OTT series 'Citadel: Honey Bunny'.
