Actor Randeep Hooda, currently basking in the positive reception of his directorial debut, 'Swatantrya Veer Savarkar', emphasizes the significance of the National Anthem featured in the film as a homage to forgotten freedom fighters.
In a pioneering move, the team behind 'Swatantrya Veer Savarkar' has crafted an AI-generated National Anthem, marking Martyr’s Day in the film. This anthem serves as a tribute to a cadre of unsung heroes including V. D. Savarkar, Vasudev Balwant Phadke, Lala Hardyal, Shyamji Verma, Ganesh Babarao Savarkar, Madanlal Dhingra, Khudiram Bose, Chapekar Brothers (Damodar Hari, Balkrishna, Vasudeo Hari), Anant Kanhere, and Madam Bhikaji Cama.
Randeep Hooda expressed his thoughts on the unique rendition, stating, “Continuing our mission to illuminate the tales of India’s forgotten heroes, many of whom will be unveiled for the first time through our #UnsungAnthem, our team has collaborated on a distinctive AI-generated national anthem, resurrecting the valorous spirits of those who valiantly fought for India’s freedom, yet were overshadowed by time. It’s a heartfelt tribute to them, ensuring they remain etched in our memories forever. Jai Hind!”
