Actress Fatima Sana Shaikh took to her Instagram Stories and revealed her new hairstyle, saying "bangs are back".
The 32-year-old actress shared a clicked snapshot in an elevator in which she is seen donning a stylish black tank top and blue jeans. She is holding an olive green shirt but her mirror selfie focuses attention on her newly-styled bangs.
Fatima started acting at a young age in the 1997 Indra Kumar film Ishq, a romantic drama featuring Aamir Khan, Ajay Devgn, Juhi Chawla, and Kajol.
She was also a child actor in 'Chachi 420'. She portrayed Bharti Ratan in the Kamal Haasan-directed film. The film is a remake of the 1996 Tamil hit *Avvai Shanmughi*, starring Haasan alongside Nassar, Tabu, Amrish Puri, Om Puri, Johnny Walker, Paresh Rawal, Rajendranath Zutshi, and Ayesha Jhulka.
Early roles for Fatima include projects like Bade Dilwala, Khoobsurat, and One 2 Ka 4 .
She finally got her breakthrough as wrestler Geeta Phogat in the 2016 biographical sports drama Dangal, directed by Nitesh Tiwari and produced by Aamir Khan and Kiran Rao under Aamir Khan Productions, in collaboration with Siddharth Roy Kapur and The Walt Disney Company India. There was Aamir Khan playing Mahavir Singh Phogat and Sanya Malhotra playing the role of Babita Phogat in this film.
Fatima has since been seen in a variety of films; some of those are: Thugs of Hindostan, Bittoo Boss, Akaash Vani, Ludo, Suraj Pe Mangal Bhari, Ajeeb Daastaans, Thar, and Dhak Dhak.
She most recently appeared as Indira Gandhi in the 2023 biographical war film Sam Bahadur, which is based on the life of India's first Field Marshal, Sam Manekshaw. Directed by Meghna Gulzar, it stars Vicky Kaushal as Manekshaw in the title role; Sanya Malhotra, Neeraj Kabi, Edward Sonnenblick, and Mohammed Zeeshan Ayyub feature in supporting roles.
Fatima is going to be seen in Metro… In Dino and Ul Jalool Ishq.
