She captioned the post with "Mantra for life" and a yoga girl emoji.
Another update by Pooja saw her posting a number of stunning pics from her recent photoshoot. The pictures show her donning the coolest combination of a chic, long-sleeved white crop shirt and a black, body-hugging skirt. She completed her glam makeup with brown lips, defined brows, contoured cheeks, and her hair styled in a braided ponytail. She wore emerald green earrings.
The caption read, "When you have a zoom call at 8, but a party at 9."
Pooja Hegde, the second runner-up in the beauty pageant 'I Am She-Miss Universe India' in 2010, began her acting career with the Tamil film 'Mugamoodi' in the year 2012. In 2014, she made her Telugu film debut with the movie 'Oka Laila Kosam,' opposite Naga Chaitanya.
Notable among her Telugu film credits are 'Mukunda,' 'DJ: Duvvada Jagannadham,' 'Saakshyam,' 'Aravinda Sametha Veera Raghava,' 'Maharshi,' 'Gaddalakonda Ganesh,' 'Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo,' 'Most Eligible Bachelor,' 'Acharya,' and 'F3: Fun and Frustration.'
The 33-year-old actress has also starred in a Tamil film, a spy action thriller titled 'Beast' by director Nelson Dilipkumar and starring Vijay.
She made her Bollywood debut in 2016 for Ashutosh Gowariker's period action film 'Mohenjo-Daro,' starring Hrithik Roshan. The story is placed in the backdrop of the Indus Valley civilization.

The upcoming projects for Pooja are the action thriller 'Deva', directed by Rosshan Andrrews and written by Bobby-Sanjay, which has Shahid Kapoor playing the lead role. There's also the 'Suriya 44' film.
