American rapper Belcalis Marlenis Cephus, known professionally as Cardi B, took to social media on Monday to share the news of her pregnancy with her third child while there are speculations concerning her divorce from rapper Offset.
Thursday evening saw Cardi B, 31, take to her Instagram handle with an update to that effect. In the post, she could be seen resting her hand on her baby bump in a striking red outfit. Her caption read, "With every ending comes a new beginning!"
Cardi B penned a heartfelt message to her baby, describing how full of thanks she felt to be able to experience the time with her: "I'm brucha thankful to have experienced this time with you. You brought me more love, more life, and renewed my strength. You showed me I don't gotta choose 'tween life, love, and my passions!
She continued, "I love you so much, and can't wait for you to see the achievements you inspired me to reach. Yes, it might be easier to fight life's battles lying down, but you, your brother, and your sister proved to me why it is worth pushing through.".
This will be Cardi B's third child. The "Bodak Yellow" artist, 29, and Offset, 32, whom she married in 2017, share six-year-old daughter Kulture and two-year-old son Wave. This follows speculations that the rapper might be headed to divorce her husband, Offset.
