Bollywood actress Bhumi Pednekar, who is soon to release her new movie Mere Husband Ki Biwi, has recently shared an important lesson that she has learned. The actress revealed that she draws inspiration from Prime Minister Narendra Modi's words of wisdom regarding sleep, which he wrote about in his book Exam Warriors.
In a video uploaded by India's Ministry of Information and Broadcasting on their official Instagram account, Bhumi underscored how she uses the energy of sleep to maximize her efficiency and get maximum output in what she does.
She said, “As I grew up, I realized one thing which our dear Prime Minister has also said in his book, ‘Exam Warriors’ that sleep is a weapon, sharpen it. When I was young, I used to think that I had to wake up late and I didn't feel like sleeping”.
“Now when I shoot, as soon as the lunch break starts I eat my food in 15 minutes and sleep for at least half an hour because that half an hour of sleep will give me 8 hours of focused work”, she added.
On the work front, Bhumi Pednekar will next be seen in Mere Husband Ki Biwi, where she shares screen space with Arjun Kapoor and Rakul Preet Singh. Mudassar Aziz directs the film, which also has Shakti Kapoor, Anita Raj, Dino Morea, and Aditya Seal playing supporting roles.
Manoj Kumar Khatoi handles the cinematography for the film, while Ninad Khanolkar is the editor.
In a recent mishap during the shoot of a song at the Imperial Palace in Royal Palms, Mumbai, a ceiling collapse injured several people, including Arjun Kapoor, producer Jackky Bhagnani, director Mudassar Aziz, and other staff members.
Arjun Kapoor, who was last seen in Singham Again, was widely praised for his work in the film.
