Other notable personalities from the Indian film industry present at the grand event included filmmakers Rohit Shetty, Rajkumar Hirani, actors Ayushmann Khurrana, Madhuri Dixit Nene, and producer Mahaveer Jain. The gathering also included Hema Malini, Rajinikanth, Pawan Kalyan, Shankar Mahadevan, Madhur Bhandarkar, Subhash Ghai, Shefali Shah, Vipul Shah, Randeep Hooda, Lin Laishram, Aadinath Mangeshkar, Anu Malik, and Sonu Nigam, among others.
Amitabh Bachchan and his son, actor Abhishek Bachchan, left for Ayodhya from Mumbai. The iconic actor interacted with Arun Govil, known for his portrayal of Lord Ram in the 1987 TV serial "Ramayan." Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff, currently shooting for "Bade Miyan Chote Miyan," extended their wishes through a video message. Anupam Kher, Dipika Chikhlia, Kangana Ranaut, Kailash Kher, and Vivek Oberoi were also part of the momentous occasion.
The consecration ceremony at the Ram temple saw the 'pran pratishtha' of the idol of Ram Lalla and was attended by a diverse gathering, including representatives of various spiritual and religious sects, tribal communities, and prominent personalities. The ceremony was marked by the ringing of bells by all invitees during the aarti, with army helicopters showering flower petals. Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the gathering after the ceremony, emphasizing the significance of the moment.
