Several A-listers from the entertainment and music industry, including Amitabh Bachchan, Rajinikanth, Akshay Kumar, and Amjad Ali Khan, have been invited as state guests for the consecration of the grand Ram Temple in Ayodhya. The guest list of over 500 individuals features a mix of actors, directors, and singers from the showbiz world.
Bollywood icons like Akshay Kumar, Ajay Devgn, Kangana Ranaut, Madhuri Dixit, Hema Malini, and Sunny Deol are among the invitees. Renowned singers Shreya Ghoshal, Kailash Kher, Shankar Mahadevan, Anup Jalota, Sonu Nigam, and Anuradha Paudwal have also received invitations. Notable personalities from the regional entertainment industry, such as Jahnu Barua, Kaushiki Chakraborty, Manju Borah, and Malcha Goswami, are on the guest list.
Amitabh Bachchan is expected to fly into Ayodhya in a private chartered plane for the ceremony. The list includes actors who portrayed Ram and Sita in the TV series "Ramayan," Arun Govil and Dipika Chikhlia, as well as directors like Madhur Bhandarkar and Sanjay Leela Bhansali.
Musical maestros like sarod player Amjad Ali and legendary musician Ilayaraja are also part of the prestigious guest list. The invitees are from various regions and languages, reflecting the diversity of the Indian entertainment industry. While some may fly in private jets, others are expected to take regular flights to attend the historic ceremony.
