JEE(Main) 2021 Exam: Session 4 exam postponed, now to be held from Aug 26-Sept 2

In a tweet, Union Education Minister  Dharmendra Pradhan said that the time gap between JEE Main 2021 sessions 3 and 4 has been extended so that the students can maximise their performances. JEE(Main) 2021 session 4 will now take place on August 26, 27, 31, and September 1-2. Earlier, it was scheduled to take place in May.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has extended the deadline for applying for the JEE (Main) 2021 session 4 examination to July 20. Interested candidates can get all the details at jeemain.nta.nic.in.

“In view of the persistent demand from the student community and to enable the candidates to maximise their performance, the NTA has been advised to provide a gap of four weeks between session 3 and session 4 of the JEE (Main) 2021 Exam,” he tweeted.

JEE(Main) 2021 session 4 will now take place on August 26, 27, 31, and September 1-2. A total of 7.32 lakh aspirants have already registered for the fourth session of JEE(Main) 2021.

The NTA has increased the number of test centres from 232 to 334 in response to the pandemic. Candidates who wish to change their examination location may do so. The fourth and final session of the JEE Main 2021 was scheduled to take place in May.
