The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has announced that the re-registration for January 2023 session for both UG (Under Graduate) and PG (Post Graduate) courses will close on December 31. Applicants can apply for re-registration through official website of IGNOU— ignou.ac.in. Through this portal both Indian and International Students can submit their re-registration form for coming year or semester and the payment will be done online.

Step 1:  Visit the official website of IGNOU — ignou.ac.in

Step 2: You can re-register by either click on re-registration for January 2023 session link on home page or by clicking on registration and then click on re-registration option

Step 3:  Click on new registration, enter your email id and mobile number

Step 4: After registering yourself login through your username and password

Step 5:  Once your logged in choose course according to your choice and fill the required details in the application form

Step 6: After filling the form save the details and submit the form and pay the fees

Step 7: For future reference download the application form 

In case any applicant faces problems while registering in the portal, such as not getting an OTP or they forgot their username and password or any other kind of problem related to this,  they can approach their regional Centre for re-setting the account or updating the email id and mobile number. If the payment is made twice by the candidate for one course, one payment will be refunded.
