Ayodhya Airport Records Remarkable Day with Around 100 Chartered Flights, Officials Confirm

The Business Aircraft Operators Association (BAOA) President, Captain R K Bali, stated that out of the 100 chartered flights, around 50 were business jets.

The Ayodhya airport saw a significant influx of around 100 chartered flights on Monday, as attendees flew in for the consecration ceremony at the Ram temple. Approximately 8,000 individuals were invited to the ceremony, with many choosing chartered flights for their travel arrangements.

The Business Aircraft Operators Association (BAOA) President, Captain R K Bali, stated that out of the 100 chartered flights, around 50 were business jets. The airport handled these flight movements efficiently to accommodate the arrival of dignitaries and guests for the historic event.

The attendees included notable figures such as Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan, business tycoons Mukesh Ambani and Lakshmi N Mittal, and cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar. The select list of invitees comprised 506 A-listers, featuring prominent politicians, leading industrialists, top film stars, sportspersons, diplomats, judges, and high priests. The consecration ceremony, led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, marked a significant moment in the construction of the Ram temple in Ayodhya.
